TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the 2026 Teacher Development Colloquium Digital Platform (the "Platform") developed by Digital Inventions Consulting on behalf of the Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB).

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Platform

The Platform provides all participants in the 2026 Teacher Development Colloquium with a central digital space to access the programme, session information and resources, participate in selected activities, and contribute questions, comments and reflections during the Colloquium. Some features may use third-party services, including email, cloud hosting and other communication or data-processing tools.

2. Who may use the service

You may use the Platform if you are authorised to do so by your organisation. You must provide accurate information when using the service.

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Send unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited messages
• Upload or share information that you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
• Interfere with the proper working of the service
• Use the service in a way that breaches applicable law or platform rules

4. Third-party services

Where the Platform uses third-party services, your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Digital Inventions Consulting is not responsible for interruptions, changes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

5. User content and organisational data

You or your organisation remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information submitted to the Platform.

Digital Inventions Consulting may process this information to provide, support, secure and improve the service.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Digital Inventions Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Privacy and Media

Our handling of personal information and media (including any media in which you appear) is described in our POPI and Privacy Policy and Media Waiver.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Platform.
